Honey Tangerine Sour

3 oz fresh tangerine juice

1 oz fresh lemon juice

1/4 oz honey

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg white (optional)

1-2 mL of Humboldt Apothecary Tincture

Preparation

Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) vigorously for 1 minute. Add ice to the shaker, and shake vigorously again. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or serve over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with tangerine twist.
