Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Smoothie 

This anti-inflammatory turmeric smoothie is the perfect complement to our Inflammation Soother tincture and a great afternoon pick-me-up.

• 1 cup frozen mango chunks
• 1 banana
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 1/2 cup apple juice • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
• 1 teaspoon fresh turmeric root, peeled and finely chopped OR ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
• Humboldt Apothecary Inflammation Soother tincture dosed as desired

Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.
