1oz. simple syrup
1oz. soda water
1ml Humboldt Apothecary Blues Away CBD tincture, with a blend of cannabis extract, St. John’s wort, lemon balm and Siberian ginseng
1oz. fresh lime juice
3-4oz. ginger beer (depending on cup size)
2 ruby red grapefruit slices
A sprig of fresh mint
Combine the tincture, lime juice, simple syrup, and soda water in a glass and stir to combine. Add a small to medium size grapefruit slice and press against the side of the glass. Fill a mule mug or a rocks glass with ice. (If you want crushed ice, crush in a separate cup with a muddler.) Pour the mixture over the ice. Top with the ginger beer and give it a quick stir. Garnish with lime and mint to serve.
